Batman ja Pakkasherra (Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero) on vuonna 1998 suoraan videolle julkaistu animaatioelokuva, jonka ohjasi Boyd Kirkland, joka toimi myös elokuvan käsikirjoittajana. Pääosassa ääninäyttelivät Kevin Conroy ja Michael Ansara sekä Loren Lester, Efrem Zimbalist Jr. ja George Dzundza.

Elokuva on DC-animaatiouniversumin toinen elokuva ja se myös palkittiin Anniella.

Juoni

Varoitus:  Seuraava kirjoitus paljastaa yksityiskohtia juonesta.

Epätoivoinen Pakkasherra kidnappaa Barbara Gordonin pelastaakseen kuolemaisillaan olevan vaimonsa Noran. Hän palkkaa avukseen tohtori Gregory Belsonin siirtämään Barbaran terveet elimet vaimolleen. Batmanilla ja Robinilla on kädet täynnä töitä selvittää Pakkasherran piilopaikka, jossa hän pitää Barbaraa hallussaan operaatiota varten.
