Dolley Payne Todd Madison (20 Mayıs 1768 – 12 Temmuz 1849), 1809 ile 1817 arasında Amerika Birleşik Devletleri Başkanı olan James Madison'ın eşiydi. Toplumsal merhameti nedeniyle eşinin başkan olarak sevilirliğini artırdı. Bu şekilde çok daha sonra First Lady olarak isimlendirilecek olan; daha önceleri ise dul başkan Thomas Jefferson için yerine getirdiği bu görevi bir başkan eşinin görevini tanımlamak için çok çaba gösterdi.[1]
