Trainwreck (sh. Želežnička nesreća) američka je romantična komedija iz 2015. u režiji Džada Apatoua snimljena po scenariju Ejmi Šumer koja takođe tumači glavnu ulogu. Glavni lik je novinarka čiji se životni stil vrti oko alkohola i veza za jednu noć, a radnja prikazuje kako se sve promeni kada prilikom pisanja reportaže upozna lekara (koga tumači Bil Hejder).

U Srbiji je prikazan pod naslovom Haos u najavi, a u Hrvatskoj pod naslovom Kaos u glavi.
