John Kapelos (født 8. mars 1956 i London i Ontario) er en kanadisk skuespiller. Han er mest kjent for å ha spilt vaktmesteren Carl i The Breakfast Club og Detektiv Donald Schanke i Forever Knight. Kapelos hadde biroller i Miami Vice, Frustrerte fruer, Queer of Folk, The X-Files, Seinfeld og Akutten.
Hans skuespillerkarriere begynte i 1980-årene, men da han fikk en birolle i The Breakfast Club da fikk han sitt gjennombrudd. Han hadde også birollen i andre Brat Pack-filmer som Å, for en bursdag!, Weird Science og Jonathans fristelse.
