Pengaruh media massa

Dalam pengajian media, komunikasi massa, psikologi media, teori komunikasi dan sosiologi, pengaruh media dan kesan media ialah topik yang berkaitan dengan kesan media massa dan budaya media terhadap pemikiran, sikap dan tingkah laku khalayak atau individu. Melalui saluran bertulis, televisyen atau lisan, media massa mencapai khalayak yang amat besar. Peranan media massa dalam membentuk budaya moden ialah isu utama untuk kajian budaya.[1]
