Arieh Warshel (Ibrani: אריה ורשלcode: he is deprecated ; lahir 20 November 1940) ialah ahli biokimia dan biofizik Israel-Amerika. Beliau merupakan perintis dalam kajian komputasi mengenai ciri-ciri fungsi molekul biologi. Profesor Kimia dan Biokimia yang terkenal dan memegang Dana dan David Dornsife dalam Kimia di Universiti California Selatan. Beliau menerima Hadiah Nobel dalam Kimia 2013, bersama dengan Michael Levitt dan Martin Karplus untuk "pembangunan model multisel untuk sistem kimia kompleks".[1][2][3][4][5][6]
