Otto Lederer (17 April 1886 – 3 September 1965) adalah seorang pemeran film Austria-Amerika Serikat. Ia tampil dalam 120 film antara 1912 dan 1933, terutama The Jazz Singer, film berjangka penuh pertama yang memiliki cuplikan-cuplikan bersuara, dan film pendek Laurel dan Hardy You're Darn Tootin'.

Pada 1925, Lederer menikahi Segunda Yriondo. Mereka bercerai pada 10 Juli 1929.^[1] Ia kemudian menikahi aktris Gretchen Lederer. Otto dimakamkan di Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.^[2]
