My Bondage and My Freedom

My Bondage and My Freedom adalah sebuah otobiografi narasi budak yang ditulis oleh Frederick Douglass dan diterbitkan pada tahun 1855. Ini merupakan buku kedua dari tiga otobiografi yang ditulis oleh Douglass, dan merupakan pengembangan dari buku pertamanya, Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass, an American Slave. Buku ini menggambarkan secara rinci mengenai transisi dari perbudakan menuju kebebasan. Setelah pembebasan tersebut, Douglass kemudian menjadi seorang abolisionis, pembicara, penulis, dan advokat terkemuka yang memperjuangkan hak-hak perempuan.
