Wacław "Vogg" Kiełtyka, (s. 17. joulukuuta 1981) on puolalainen muusikko ja säveltäjä.
Kiełtyka on death metal -yhtye Decapitatedin kitaristi, ja on toiminut myös Lux Occultassa vuodesta 1998. Hän toimi myös toisen tunnetun puolalaisen death metal -yhtye Vaderin kitaristina vuosina 2008-2010. Vuonna 2019 Kiełtyka kiinnitettiin yhdysvaltalaisen metalliyhtye Machine Headin kitaristiksi, korvaten edellisenä vuonna yhtyeestä lähteneen Phil Demmelin.
