Nils Lofgren
Nils Hilmer Lofgren (s. 21. kesäkuuta 1951, Chicago) on yhdysvaltalainen kitaristi. Hän oli soittanut haitaria viisivuotiaasta lähtien, mutta alkoi 15-vuotiaana soittaa kitaraa. Lofgren soitti peukaloplektralla, koska se oli ainut plektra, mikä hänen isällään oli. 17-vuotiaana hänestä tuli ammattilainen, ja hän soitti 19-vuotiaana Crazy Horse -yhtyeen riveissä Neil Youngin After the Gold Rush -albumilla.
Hän teki lisäksi lukuisia levytyksiä vanhan yhtyeensä Grinin sekä Bruce Springsteenin ja Ringo Starrin kanssa. 1974 hän hajotti Grinin ja lähti soolouralle. Toinen sooloalbumi Cry Tough (1976) toi hänet suuren yleisön tuntemaksi, ja levy nousi listoille Yhdysvalloissa ja Euroopassa.
