Interstate 80 (l-80) on Yhdysvaltojen Interstate-järjestelmään kuuluva valtatie. Se on toiseksi pisin Interstate-valtatie heti Interstate 90:n jälkeen. Tie avattiin vuonna 1956lähde? ja sen pituus oli vuonna 2018 2 899,59 mailia (n. 4 670 km).[1] Tie erkanee lännessä Kalifornian San Franciscon US 101 -tieltä ja liittyy idässä Teaneckissä New Jerseyssä Interstate 95 -tiehen. Kalifornian ja New Jerseyn lisäksi tie kulkee Nevadan, Utahin, Wyomingin, Nebraskan, Iowan, Illinoisin, Indianan, Ohion ja Pennsylvanian osavaltioiden alueilla[1].

Interstate 80 muodostaa yhdessä Interstate 280:n kanssa kehätien Quad Citiesiin. Lisäksi se muodostaa Interstate 35:n, U.S. Route 65:n ja Iowa Highway 5:n kanssa kehätien Des Moinesin ympärille.
