Jacques Jean Marie Rogge, Rogge kondea (Gante, 1942ko maiatzaren 2a - Deinze, 2021eko abuztuaren 29a) belgikar sendagile eta kirolari izan zen. Nazioarteko Olinpiar Batzordeko lehendakaria izan zen 2001etik 2013ra.

Medikuntza ikasi zuen Ganteko Unibertsitatean. Belan lehiatu zen 1968, 1972 eta 1976ko Olinpiar Jokoetan. Belgikako selekzio nazionalarekin ere jokatu zuen errugbian.

1976an Belgikako Olinpiar Batzordeko kide aukeratu zuten eta 1991n Nazioarteko Olinpiar Batzordeko kide. 2001ean, NOBko 8. Presidente hautatu zuten. 2013an Thomas Bachek ordezkatu zuen eta NOBko ohorezko presidente izendatu zuten.
