Saint-André-sur-Cailly (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃.t‿ɑ̃dʁe syʁ kaji], literally Saint-André on Cailly) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.

Geography

A farming village situated in the valley of the Cailly, some 12 miles (19 km) northeast of Rouen at the junction of the D12, D87 and the D928 roads. The A28 autoroute runs through the commune's territory.
